Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting and subscribing to the Junior Age newsletter/newspaper at This cancellation and refund policy (“Refund Policy“) governs the provision of any refunds to an eligible User by Kids Newspaper Express Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as Junior Age“) for cancellation of a subscription procured by the User.

Any capitalized terms used in the Refund Policy not defined herein shall have the meaning provided to it under the Terms of Use.

We” capitalized or otherwise, refers to Kids Newspaper Express Private Limited and related phrases “Us” and “Our” should be understood accordingly.

You“, “Your” or “User” capitalised or otherwise, means the entity, individual and/or customer who has purchased a subscription for the Junior Age on our website or such website or any other mobile application powered by the Junior Age.


You may notify us of your intention to cancel a Subscription Package at any time, but the cancellation will only take effect at the end of your then current subscription period. We would like to inform you while you are entitled to cancel your Subscription Package at any given point, you will not be eligible for a refund of the subscription fees paid for the Newspaper (“Fees“), for any reason whatsoever.


To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your Subscription Package by a clear statement. Chat with us online, call us on our telephone number, or email us with the following:

“I/We hereby give notice that I/we cancel my/our Subscription Package”.

Please then include:

  1. The subscriber’s full name (person on the billing information if different from the user);
  1. The Account email address or Account Number;
  1. The billing address or delivery address (Including pin code); and
  1. Your contact telephone number


3.1 Any amount received by us towards the subscription of the Newspaper including the Fees, shall be non-refundable. You agree and acknowledge that you shall at no time be entitled to a refund under any circumstances and shall make no claims against Junior Age, its officers, directors, employees, personnel for the same.

3.2 While we do not refund any paid Fee and or other paid subscription amounts, we do understand that there at times could be unforeseen exigencies and, in such events, we request you to write to us at We will endeavour to consider such requests on a case-to-case basis. Any approval of a request for the refund of the Fees, or part thereof, shall be at our sole discretion.

3.3 In the event of any refund claims due to technical errors while using the payment gateway or due to multiple debits for a single subscription, please do not hesitate to write to us at We request you to please provide details of the transaction along with documents evidencing such multiple debits. We will consider these refund claims basis your written requests. Any approval of a request for the refund of the Fees, or part thereof, shall be at our sole discretion.


If a User has made a mistake or wishes to change the Subscription Package allocated to their Junior Age Account, a request in writing to change the Subscription Package must be submitted in the first 24 (twenty-four) hours on the Platform. Requests received after the first 24 (twenty-four) hours of the purchase of a Subscription Package may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Junior Age has the right to refuse any request at its sole discretion. If the User’s request of change in the Subscription Package requires an additional payment to be made, the User agrees and undertakes to bear the additional charges. In this case, the User will be directed to the payment options on the Platform, subsequent to which the changes shall be reflected in the User’s Junior Age Account.
