Over that time, he not only collected titles but also shattered age-related records, proving that passion and perseverance can defy conventions. In January 2024, he became the oldest men’s doubles world No. 1 at age 43.
Historic Milestones & Titles
- He won the mixed doubles title at the French Open in 2017 with Gabriela Dabrowski.
- In 2024, he added the men’s doubles title at the Australian Open with Matt Ebden, becoming the oldest Grand Slam champion in the Open Era.
- He picked up 26 men’s doubles titles on the ATP tour and numerous other high-level finishes.
